Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization, focusing on supporting digital marketing efforts.

  • Gather and analyze data from digital platforms to track performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze digital processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's overall digital strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.
  • Support teams in developing and executing digital campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
  • Provide support to teams in managing digital resources (personnel, tools) effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to quickly pick up new software and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Good knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
