Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in creating engaging marketing materials and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design fundamentals, including typography, visual hierarchy, and composition. They should also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create various marketing materials, such as direct mail, print registries, magazine spreads, plaques, brochures, digital articles, and digital billboards.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with project needs.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on design trends to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and production teams to manage and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
  • Handle image requests, maintain organized image libraries, and ensure project files and assets are properly managed.
  • Prepare production-ready files and mechanicals for print and digital output, coordinating with vendors to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in print and digital design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong production expertise, including file preparation, layout design, and prepress best practices.
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design and production proficiency.
