Job Opportunity: Sales and Video Content Specialist

This role is designed for highly motivated individuals who can effectively engage prospects through video content creation and outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to learn and adapt, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound cold calls to generate interest and collect email addresses from potential prospects.
  • Following up with prospects and maintaining accurate CRM records for smooth workflow.
  • Producing personalized, educational screencast videos (around 10 minutes each) for prospects, following a general script while speaking naturally and confidently.
  • Gathering necessary information such as competitor websites and digital marketing data before recording.
  • Uploading and managing videos on a YouTube channel.
  • Communicating effectively with potential clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience, preferably with U.S. markets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or light accent preferred. Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based blue-collar business owners.
  • Prior outbound calling or sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, able to speak naturally without reading directly from a script.
  • Familiarity with video recording software and YouTube.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand basic digital marketing terms.
