\

The Data and Systems Analyst role plays a critical part in enabling informed decision-making across programs. This position is responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple systems.

\

This is a full-time remote role requiring the ability to analyze clinical metrics, track long-term outcome data, and provide insight into lead conversion trends.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Manage system integration and software customization needs, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors as necessary.\
  • Analyze data from EMR, CRM, surveys, and follow-up platforms, identifying missing or inconsistent data elements.\
  • Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure accurate data points are present and complete.\
  • Develop and maintain automated reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.\
  • Take a proactive role in streamlining data workflows, recommending process improvements and tool implementations.\
  • Track and evaluate key outcome and operational metrics, creating visualizations and executive summaries to communicate trends clearly.\
  • Respond to data requests from leadership, providing recurring reports and custom analytics upon request.\
  • Assist departments in interpreting data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.\
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation procedures.\
  • Collaborate with IT and software vendors as needed to improve data capture and reporting workflows.\
  • Provide actionable insights to support clinical operations, admissions, and alumni programs.\
  • Ensure compliance with documentation expectations and coordinate resolution with appropriate staff or departments.\
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement new tools and integrations that streamline data reporting and collection.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions.\
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.\
  • Implement data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\
  • Design and implement data validation procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data analysis and interpretation.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve data workflows and analytics capabilities.\
  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and visualization tools.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.\
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
