Overview:

This role involves the creation of compelling visual content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts to align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency across all platforms to ensure a strong and recognizable visual identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to foster professional growth and skill development in team members.
  • Conduct design critiques and approve creative assets to meet high standards and marketing objectives.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of creative assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
