As a Logistic Assistant at MEC Networks Corp., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily logistics transactions. You will assist the Vice President of Operations with tracking and expediting purchase processes, creating and maintaining contact with vendors, and coordinating timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and expedite purchase processes
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assist sales team with inquiries regarding shipments
  • Organize files manually and electronically
  • Monitor deliveries for repaired and returned items
  • Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Process and monitor FOB transactions
  • Coordinate freight charges with forwarders
  • Assist with TELCO transactions and NTC requirements

Requirements:

  • College Graduate
  • Experience with logistics is a plus
  • Above-average analytical skills
  • Time management skills
