Job Overview

We are currently seeking an accomplished SEO professional to join our organization and take on the role of a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in developing and executing successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans to enhance search engine visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for maximum impact.
  3. Analyze website performance using advanced tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
  4. Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement to ensure optimal results.
  5. Collaborate closely with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO.
  6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy and recommend data-driven solutions.
  8. Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to inform SEO decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Monitor technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for remediation to ensure optimal website performance.
  10. Work effectively with marketing and development teams to achieve aligned SEO objectives.
  11. Support the development of content strategies tailored to the target audience's needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  2. Proficiency in industry-leading SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent platforms.
  3. Experience working with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure and analyze SEO performance.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (at least B2 level) to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
  6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive data-informed decision making.
  8. Able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
