Job Summary

This role encompasses overseeing and managing the enterprise data platform. Key responsibilities include developing governance frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality, integrity, performance, and compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the enterprise data platform including performance, security, and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Leading a team of data professionals (analyst, architect, engineer, DBA).
  • Addressing data quality issues and escalations from business units.
  • Aligning stakeholders on data strategy and reporting.
  • Enabling business units with data access, reporting, and analytics.
  • Monitoring KPIs: data quality, SLA adherence, data security, and project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT/data analysis or management.
  • 5+ years leading data or analytics teams.
  • Strong experience in data governance, platform architecture, and reporting enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional data teams.
  • Track record of managing enterprise data programs.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to group-level data reporting structures.
  • Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
