**Job Summary:**

The Project Scheduling Manager is responsible for the preparation of tender requirements related to scheduling, master program, and project progress reports to ensure efficient scheduling and timely implementation of the project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare proposed construction schedule and calculate resource assignments, including manpower loading and tools equipment utilization, to provide an efficient project implementation plan and support cost proposal to client.
  • Review contract documents and consider all deliverables and project execution plan vis-à-vis master program.
  • Prepare master program and calculate resource assignments, including manpower loading and tools equipment utilization, to provide most efficient schedule and allow orderly performance and timely completion of project.
  • Prepare material procurement schedule to provide guidance on proper timing of each step of procurement process.
  • Update master program, manpower loading, and material procurement schedule to reflect actual progress, scope changes, and revisions needed to provide efficient and effective schedule that will facilitate timely completion of project.
  • Conduct field scoping to clarify or confirm progress and scope changes.
  • Maintain systematic and well-organized filing system for documentations related to planning and scheduling to ensure completeness of records and provide easy access to reference.
  • Provide back-up support to other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Civil Engineering Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is a must.
  • Required Skills: Primavera, MS Office.
  • Knowledge in Claims and Close-out of Project.
  • At least 1-3 Years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Full time position available.
