About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Atlassian Administration, including user, group, role, and permission management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of proven Jira/Atlassian administration experience (cloud).
  • Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM (ITIL, SLAs, queues).
  • Experience managing SaaS licenses, budgets, or cost-control initiatives.
  • Scripting/automation skills (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication; comfortable training non-technical users.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Atlassian certification(s) in Jira Software / Jira Service Management or willingness to obtain quickly.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
