Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative Leader to develop compelling production concepts and guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering premium video content for Fortune 500 clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with IT or Blue Chip company and 3-5 years of experience in working at a creative agency, with a strong focus on creative leadership.

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, shaping narrative arcs, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding a team of editors, designers, animators, and DOPs, managing production workflows, and maintaining quality control.
