Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to perform routine tasks, repairs, and inspections of store facilities and equipment, including plumbing work, electrical repairs, painting, flooring repair, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Inspections and Testing: Regularly inspect and test equipment/machines and facilities to detect potential issues, diagnose malfunctions, and address safety hazards.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures and ensure the longevity of critical systems such as HVAC and generator units.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless issue reporting, coordination, and efficient store operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance/repair.
  • Background in retail or fast food industry required.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting building plans.
  • Familiarity with panel board installation and basic carpentry.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • 1-4 years of maintenance/repair experience preferred.
