Job Summary

The Mortgage Loan Processing Expert will be responsible for managing commission payments, data entry, and customer service. A strong understanding of customer relationship management systems and mortgage loan processing experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The role involves:

  • Daily upload and manipulation of commission payment files from lenders
  • Matching lender data to broker data via the broker CRM system and operating platforms
  • Weekly import of data into the commission payment system
  • Reconciliation of export from the commission payment system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes related to broker inquiries
  • Liaise with lender partners regarding their policies and customer payment inquiries
  • Process adjustments upon broker inquiry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems
  • Able and willing to work in a shared open environment
  • At least a year of AU mortgage loan processing experience
