Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Custumer Relationship Executive to join our team at Multi-Access Cooperative (MAX). As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

You will coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences, oversee the deployment and performance of personnel at client establishments, address client concerns, and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
