About the Role

This is a mid-to-senior Java Developer position at our organization.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4-7 years of experience in designing and developing high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with the Spring ecosystem, including Security, Data JPA, and Cloud.

The selected individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining microservices architecture on the AWS cloud platform. They will also write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

A successful candidate will participate in code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.

Required Skills
  • Java Development Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in designing and developing high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
  • Spring Ecosystem Proficiency: Strong proficiency with the Spring ecosystem, including Security, Data JPA, and Cloud.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
  • Microservices Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Coding Standards: Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Services Experience: Financial services industry experience (banking, payments, trading, or fintech).
  • Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOX, etc.).
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, DataDog).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
