Main Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Review: Collect data and supporting documents from various sources, check for completeness and accuracy, and submit for next-level review.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Check request for payment and expense reimbursements, coordinate concerns with requestors, determine account to be charged, and submit for further review.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation and provide proper supporting documents to corroborate account balances at end of each reporting period.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare various reports and schedules in manner that best caters to requirements of Gaming business units and other internal customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with other business units as necessary to maintain efficiency and order within Finance-Casino department.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business-related course.
  • Experience Requirement: At least 1 year of solid accounting experience, preferably in General Accounting; experience in gaming industry is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

  • Leadership Skills: Proactive, possess high level of confidentiality, initiative, and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Application, especially in MS Excel; good communication skills.
