Job Title: Linguistic Quality Manager

We are seeking a talented linguistic professional to play a pivotal role in our AI Rater Incubation Program. This position will ensure that rater guidelines are accurate, usable, and aligned with client goals, with a strong focus on ads relevance projects.


This role combines linguistic expertise, quality management, and collaboration to drive high-quality outputs. You will work closely with program managers, data scientists, and raters to translate client goals into clear evaluation standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain rater guidelines to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client goals and develop evaluation standards.
  • Work with data scientists to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in linguistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in linguistic quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
