Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role is meticulous, tech-savvy and prepared to work on a variety of projects.

This individual will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform automated data entry into various electronic medical records as part of R&D efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, information from the clients' workflow queue, customer electronic health records and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts or assistance from the production operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valued.
Additional Requirements:
  • Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.
