Graphic Design Expert Wanted

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will lead numerous design-related tasks, which may include web design, product development, branding, advertising, or general creative roles.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create the right product presence, design, or logo
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and innovation
  • Develop innovative designs, drafts, or presentations that meet client expectations
  • Ensure design quality and adherence to design directives
  • Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and objectives
  • Manage client proposals from concept through to design, print, and production
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
  • Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
  • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Have a strong understanding of the design process and industry trends
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in graphic design
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and have experience with UI/UX design tools
  • Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Have exceptional creativity and innovation skills
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Have a passion for delivering high-quality projects consistently
