Key Responsibilities:

- Design and estimate costs for fit-out projects, including MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
- Work closely with procurement teams to evaluate technical and financial offers, providing expert advice prior to purchase.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance with design requirements, resolving technical difficulties during execution.
- Provide Site Assessment Reports as necessary, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Attend meetings with clients, sub-contractors, and internal departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 2-7 years of experience in design, cost estimation, and QS-oriented tasks related to MEPFS, HVAC systems, piping systems, etc.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of Planswift software is a plus
- Knowledgeable in interior fit-out project implementation
- Familiarity with technical design and implementation
