We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist our implementation project teams in delivering Dayforce configuration that adheres to best practices.

  • Support implementation project teams in configuring Dayforce according to industry standards
  • Provide assistance to clients awaiting the implementation of their Dayforce product
  • Develop and implement long-term solutions to address configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong proficiency with SQL and a deep understanding of relational database systems.

Responsibilities include mentoring and consulting team members, documenting implementation process gaps, and incorporating best practices. This role also involves ensuring timely completion of projects across various Dayforce modules and aligning solutions with customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation quality and minimize rework post go-live.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer fields
  • 4+ years of support experience or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in support, consulting, and/or project management specifically in the HCM space, certification in the HCM space, and French language skills.
