Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily market operations to ensure smooth execution of logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless activity coordination.
  3. Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor market operations and workflow efficiency.
  4. Analyze market performance metrics and operational data to assess efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  5. Maintain high-quality standards while completing operational tasks on time and within budget.
  6. Support the sales team by managing operational workflows and resolving logistical challenges.
  7. Monitor and improve supply chain processes to meet customer demand and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all aspects of market operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in market operations, sales support, or a related role.
  3. Strong understanding of market operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  4. Proficiency in project management and coordination tools.
  5. Analytical skills to assess market performance and operational efficiency.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
