Human Resources Officer Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with professionalism
    • Communicate with candidates in a timely and respectful manner
    • Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials
    • Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned
  • Teammate Engagement & Culture Building
    • Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations
    • Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries
    • Support internal communications that uplift and inform
    • Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging
  • HR Administration & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate teammate records and databases
    • Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination
    • Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly
    • Support audits and compliance checks
  • Performance & Development Support
    • Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations
    • Track training participation and support learning initiatives
    • Assist in organizing workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs
  • Teammate Relations & Support
    • Be a friendly, confidential point of contact for teammate concerns or questions
    • Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings
    • Support exit interviews and offboarding
