Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and discrete HRIS Specialist to join our global team.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data and HR systems—primarily Workday.

You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Workday and other HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compliant support that aligns with global service level agreements
  • Maintain and protect confidential employee data with a high degree of discretion and responsibility
  • Provide global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team and other key stakeholders
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new functionality, working with IT or Business Analysts to validate system behavior before release to production

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Workday and/or other HR systems
