Your Role

  1. Data Partnership: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet their needs.
  2. Reporting Development: Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reporting to enhance business management and decision-making.
  3. Data Management: Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Insight Generation: Interpret financial data, apply statistical techniques to analyze results, and generate actionable insights, creating timely reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness to ensure reliable and trustworthy analysis and reporting.
  6. Agility: Provide ad hoc analysis on business needs, acting as a strategic partner to ensure data analysis meets evolving business expectations.
  7. Growth: Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends to drive ongoing improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

What Makes You Successful

  1. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. You bring proven experience in a business intelligence or analytics role, preferably supporting FP&A functions.
  3. Your proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is essential.
  4. You possess strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  5. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  6. You have strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy are vital.
  8. You can work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. You have experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  2. Your knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software is beneficial.
  3. You possess advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros.
  4. Your familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
