Mortgage Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from industry-leading systematic processes while building a career in mortgage processing.

This is a remote role that will be set up as Employer of Record (EOR). The successful candidate will be expected to be available for meetings and collaboration during core hours and disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.

We're looking for someone who thrives on systematic approaches, values continuous learning, and wants to build a career with clear progression opportunities in a fast-growing business. The successful candidate will manage 10-15 applications monthly and progress to full capacity (40+ applications) within 90 days.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Process and submit mortgage applications prepared by our strategy team with exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties.
• Handle discharge processes with outgoing lenders and manage settlement coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience working with mortgage applications. We value candidates who are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with our company.
