Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Drafter to create high-quality shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical drafting abilities, and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet industry standards and specifications
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP for drafting and design tasks
  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans to integrate MEP systems effectively
  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements
  • Adjust and revise drafts based on client feedback and project updates
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (essential)
  • Experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
