Australian Payroll Manager

The Senior Payroll Associate is responsible for overseeing the processing of payroll data for Australian employees. Ensuring accurate and timely payment is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll data for Australian employees, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions
- Maintain accurate employee records, including tax withholdings and benefits
- Verify and reconcile employee data to ensure compliance with Australian payroll laws and regulations
- Assist with Australian payroll tax calculations and filings, as required
- Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues
- Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems, as needed
- Manage end-to-end Australian Payroll Processing, from data entry to payment disbursement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end processing Australia payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including Australian Taxation Office (ATO) guidelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to analyze complex data sets
