Job Description

The role of the Senior Design Engineer is to create bid/buying specifications, guidelines and standards for Land and Building Improvement projects. This includes creating installation guidelines and synopsis templates.

  • Create comprehensive evaluation of projects for approval based on compliance to specifications and standards, OPEX and CAPEX analysis, technical analysis and contractor's performance.
  • Monitor contract terms thru warranty trackers
  • Directs and collaborates with Technical Heads and Project Owners to generate their regional reports

Requirements:

  • With a degree in BS Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 1 year direct experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction works and at least 1 year engineering experience in a supervisory capacity
  • With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
