This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:

A highly capable Lead Professional Services Specialist to lead the definition, scoping, and pricing of PS engagements. You'll develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), translating business needs into clear deliverables while managing risk, resources, and budgets. This role demands accurate monthly booking forecasts, proactive sales pipeline management, and identifying new opportunities by effectively positioning our capabilities. You'll also foster strong client relationships and guide our delivery consultants, staying current on competitive solutions and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee approval for scoping, planning, level of effort development, and pricing of Professional Service engagements.
  • Proven pricing and Scope of Work (SOW) development skills with corporate entities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of Professional Services bookings on a monthly basis.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders as well as Delivery resources within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years' experience in selling and delivering professional services.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Contact Center, Voice, Video.
  • Understanding of customer communications requirements for enterprise business markets.
