Shadow Office Solutions is an Australian-owned Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company with a presence in Makati and Cavite. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our pioneering team in the Philippines for our client, a multinational Digital Agency.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who can contribute to our marketing team's core service offerings with exceptional content writing skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an agency environment and a strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy, and thrives on challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to new campaign concepts, building and leading social media strategies, and evolving and developing tone of voice guidelines for new and existing accounts. They will also manage the social media calendars by curating and creating engaging posts for various platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative social media strategies
  • Curate and create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage social media calendars and optimize content for maximum impact
  • Interact with the audience across all social touchpoints and build brand trust
  • Analyze social media tracking data and make data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with the social media team to share best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest trends

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Prior experience within an agency environment
  • A strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy, and thrives on challenges
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Self-starter with a ability to work independently and as part of a team
