KodeAcross is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on backend development, ensuring the scalability and intelligence of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance APIs and data pipelines
  • Own complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features
  • Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong backend focus
  • Solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance data workflows
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows
