Job Title: Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled architectural drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings and specifications using Revit software
  • Prepare accurate construction detailing and spec sheets with attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes
  • Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference
  • Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
