At YONDU INC., we are seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Threat Manager to lead and manage our Security Operations Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, quantifying, reporting, communicating, mitigating, and monitoring security threats.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, networking and telecommunications integration, threat assessment, design, and architecture. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex technical situations to end-users of all technical abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring
- Oversee compliance with SLA, process adherence, and process improvement to achieve operational objectives
- Manage team and vendor management, overall use of resources, and initiation of corrective action where required for the Security Operations Center
- Revises and develops processes to strengthen current operational activities; reviews policies and recommends changes to improve governance

Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course
- At least 5 years of working experience in incident management; networking and telecommunications integration, threat assessment, design, and architecture
- Knowledgeable in security and operations processes
