About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on Level 1 (L1) support tickets, ensuring quick resolutions for common data pipeline and monitoring issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Responding to L1 support tickets related to monitoring issues, application errors, and basic ingestion failures.
  • Troubleshooting SQL query errors and assisting in basic data validation.
  • Escalating complex issues to L2 support as needed.
  • Documenting recurring issues and contributing to knowledge base articles.
  • Ensuring data integrity by following predefined data quality checks.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
