Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with salesmen and drivers to deliver products to clients efficiently
  • Oversee all tasks related to loading and unloading trucks
  • Verify that all items for delivery are safely loaded and secured
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
  • Foster excellent customer relations by delivering orders on time and demonstrating professional courtesy
  • Obtain signatures from clients and customers as proof of product receipt
  • Ensure all documents submitted are original and untampered
  • Complete daily trip tickets and submit timely reports of incidents involving lost, stolen, or damaged goods
  • Report any delivery-related issues to senior staff or management
  • Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures
