We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead complex tax work and mentor junior staff. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing multiple types of tax returns independently, analyzing complex tax situations, and communicating with clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare 1040 tax filings and other types of tax returns
- Analyze complex tax situations to identify issues and opportunities
- Review and provide feedback on junior staff's work
- Communicate with clients via email regarding documentation and questions
Requirements:
- Strong experience preparing multiple types of tax returns independently - 1040, QuickBooks
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Exceptional written English communication skills
