About the Role:
The Global Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the global finance function, managing taxation, financial accounting, and preparation of month-end schedules and bank reconciliation statements. The role also involves working capital management, treasury, commercial matters, management reporting, and finalization of accounts in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement global financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure complete revenue accounting with strong processes and controls to prevent revenue leakages.
* Effectively and timely invoicing to clients and monitor collection.
* Complete expense accounting, accruals in books, and monthly review of month-end accruals lying in books.
* Monthly closing of books and preparing various MIS reports required by management for review.

Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
