Duties and Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain PC, laptop, and Mac devices, as well as network equipment and peripherals.
  • Support inventory management by maintaining records of assets, licenses, and monitoring supplier/vendor coordination.
  • Provide onsite and telephone support to end-users, assisting them with workstation-related concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and repair printer, scanner, projector, and other computer-related peripheral issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with relevant work experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and email systems, as well as basic cabling, installation, and configuration skills.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar is preferred but not required.
