Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion SCM

We're seeking an accomplished professional to join our Oracle Team, with a strong background in Oracle Fusion SCM. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and grow professionally.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Oracle SCM modules, including at least 2 years of implementation experience in Fusion SCM
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules is essential
  • Experience with Oracle eBS will be advantageous
  • Previous client-facing experience is highly desirable
  • Strong solution design and functional specification drafting skills are required
  • Application configuration, test case preparation, and execution are also key responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM or other methodologies
  • Maintenance and enhancements of Oracle Cloud SCM modules
  • Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews, and discussions
  • Mapping client requirements against Oracle Cloud SCM Modules
  • Interpreting functional requirements and delivering designed solutions from offshore
  • Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions
  • Assisting business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs
  • Preparing high-quality deliverables
  • Preparing test scripts and test cases
  • Conducting trainings
  • Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents
  • Knowledge of documenting using OUM or other methodologies
  • Strong customer handling skills and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to follow defined release management processes
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Client site work or business traveling may be involved
