Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
