In this exciting role as a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for empowering our sales team to achieve peak performance by providing expert coaching, developing effective training programs, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
You will design and implement comprehensive sales training programs, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual account managers, regularly assess sales representative performance, utilize sales data to identify trends and opportunities, work closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with overall sales objectives, continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales, create a positive and supportive sales culture, organize and lead sales meetings, workshops, and team activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs, and offer ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.
We require at least 3 years experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager or equivalent, a proven track record in sales, strong coaching and mentoring skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, experience with sales CRM systems and learning management systems, and a passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed.
Benefits include full HMO after 6 months, 1 dependent after 1 year, 80% of a 2nd dependent after another year, and regularization review at 3 and 6 months.
