Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our store operations in Davao. As the primary channel servicing customers' banking needs, this role will oversee overall store operations and ensure excellent customer service compliant with internal controls, regulatory requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective operational management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage store operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • A college graduate, preferably with an Accounting or Business-related degree.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in branch operations.
  • Skill Set:
  • Marketing-oriented, self-confident, and not shy in customer engagement.
  • Pleasing personality, good team player, and positive work attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
