As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, or chat.

This is a remote position that requires you to work independently, but collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product questions, and providing solutions to issues.

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS
  • Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
