This is a mid-level position for a video editor in the entertainment industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior video editor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing reality-style or unscripted multi-cam footage.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for editing engaging, polished videos using separate sound tracks. They will also collaborate with the team to release more than one video per week and manage junior editors to ensure consistent quality and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit multi-camera footage to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
  • Work with the team to produce high-quality content that meets the company's creative vision.
  • Manage and mentor junior editors as needed to ensure consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-camera content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage.
  • Familiarity with sound syncing and audio post-production.
  • Experience working in a team environment; prior team management experience is a plus but not required.
