Arcadis is looking for a talented and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Proposal Assistant.
About the RoleThis role will focus on supporting our business development efforts by assisting with the creation of high-quality proposals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET) to ensure that proposals are accurate, complete, and meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Creation: Assist with the creation of high-quality proposals, including writing, editing, and formatting.
- Pursuit Support: Assist with pursuit activities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Sales Support Database, including project profiles, CVs, and other standard materials for proposals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering-related field.
- Experience: Preferably one year of administrative experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Communication Skills: Good English communication skills both verbal and written with strong computer skills.
