About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Quorum International Inc. - Toby's Sports. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective packaging, branding, and marketing materials that drive sales and engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Visual Assets
  • Conceptualizing and executing product design, packaging, and branding ideas.
  • Collaborating with the Product Development Team to ensure alignment with technical specifications and brand identity.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate production of packaging and branding materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multimedia design, product design, or packaging design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in 20/30 product rendering (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus).
  • Knowledge of packaging design, branding, and production coordination.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design, packaging, and branding work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of photography and video production.
  • Experience working in retail, sports, or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and printing processes for packaging materials.
