Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms to grow reach and engagement.
  • Develop, plan, and schedule compelling content aligned with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on valuable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain our content's freshness and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in relevant discussions.
  • Support email and digital marketing initiatives with innovative social-first content ideas.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
