Our organization is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community through our correctional services. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-informed case management and individualized support to individuals under supervision orders.

The key responsibilities of this position include negotiating and resolving conflicts with internal and external stakeholders, working independently and managing multiple tasks, demonstrating experience in legislative frameworks, building relationships with stakeholders, and communicating effectively with key parties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Australian driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours, travel to various locations, or temporarily work from an alternate location. Additionally, you must complete a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months and achieve certification within 18 months.
