Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist - Cosmetics to join our team at Asia People Works. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the cosmetics industry.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and experience in our store. As a Customer Experience Specialist - Cosmetics, you will be responsible for greeting customers, demonstrating products, and providing expert advice on cosmetics and skincare. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date with new releases, and assist clients in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skincare products
• Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skincare products based on their preferences
• Help clients find products they're looking for in our store
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
• Explain to customers how to use products they're interested in buying
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
• Inform customers on prices and special offers
• Replenish stock as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care, and skincare products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
